I drove from Beckley to pick up a trailer wheel bearing kit. It had been gutted and missing parts. The manager was amazing and helped piece it back together discounting things. Thank you so much for your help.

Yesterday I had the most amazing experience with Holly and Alex! I have been having issues with my feed order at the Beckley location. I called the Oak Hill location to see if they had the feed in their store. Holly said I don’t but I can see if we can get some on my truck coming tomorrow. She then said let me see if I have something similar in store. She did some research and came back on the phone that she indeed had something. She assured me that she had some and would have it ready for me. When I arrived to the store she greeted me with a very positive attitude and apologized repeatedly for the problems I had at the other location. She helped me locate the feed and doubled checked that it was what I needed. She informed me that she would talk to the store manager about having a special order of my feed to ensure that it was always in stock for me. She also made sure to let me know that I am a valued customer, which made feel great about my support of TSC. When I went to receiving Alex has everything I ordered, ready to go and was eagerly to greet me with a helping hand. It triple wrapped my pallet of feed because he knew I was driving a good distance in the rain. He helped me load and secure my supplies down in the rain with no complaints. I feel that it’s important for the management team and corporate know the level of community service these two team members performed was impeccable! It’s their customer service that others should follow!

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly! The store is clean and organized. We frequent this location for our pets and outdoor needs.
