Village Antiques & Things is a fantastic antique store and a regular stop for many. It is a cute rare find full of hidden treasures. The shop has a nice selection of coal mine scrip, antique mining equipment, furniture, lamps, wind up clocks, picture frames, sports memorabilia, jewelry, tools, Fenton glass, and you name it. Collectors can always find something cute and vintage. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with, creating a good environment. The business is fair on prices. A sweet kitten also greets visitors. It is a shop where you never know what you may find.

A regular stop for us when we travel. Usually has a nice selection of coal mine scrip, antique mining equipment and other stuff we collect. Love this store. Alvin is friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I have been buying from Alvin for several years. He has a great store full of hidden treasures. Any collector should find something Alvin has in his shop.

Fair on prices no matter if they're buying or selling .. good environment and really respectful business.ive done business with this store more then once . And you can believe I'll go back and do more with them..
