2 stars because the parts were put on correctly. told me I had oil in my antifreeze, and that probably meant a blown head gasket, that I need to take it to someone who works on motors, ok I know about that and what symptoms a car has when that happens, my car didn't have symptoms of that but ok im gonna have it checked, I didnt buy this car yesterday, I've had it 8 years now, I know my car and she knows me, so anyway, I picked up my car and drove it the 5 miles home. when I parked smoke was rolling from under my hood. I raised the hood and saw that it was actually steam and my overflow tank was filled all the way to the brim! I thought that isnt right. I let it cool opened it and saw debris floating it it. wondered if they flushed it before they filled it. well next morning I took my car on down to university ford to get the motor checked I also stated my concerns about the coolant being overfilled and the steam rolling and the smell of antifreeze. Ford said you all severely overfilled my coolant causing it to steam like that and also spilled a lot and you didn't flush or burp my coolant either. oh and, there is no sign of any oil in my coolant. this cost me $150 for a diagnostics I did not need, that came back all fine.. and another $230 for a coolant flush to get it cleaned and refilled to the correct levels. my radiator and hoses had also expanded from u all doing that and it is a good thing I did not have to drive far. so $380 more dollars on top of what I paid you bc someone messed up. even I know better than to over fill the radiator. there are lines on my overflow tank you have to have that head space bc the coolant expands when it gets hot, may want to let the mechanic/tech know that. did u all not test drive it afterwards? I dont think you did bc if u had you would have smelled the antifreeze and saw the steam rolling from under the hood after about 10 min of driving. picked up my car from Ford and all is well now. Just making you aware of this person you have working for you messed up and I dont appreciate it bc that is not an honest mistake if you ask me, it is common knowledge. im just wondering, if after the mechanic put the thermostat and housing on and the cooling fans, did it get passed off to a tech to fill the radiator bc no way a certified mechanic would do that. im really baffled. it was filled all the way to the top of the cap and it was spitting fluid out around the cap! .Maybe they thought oh well, it would come out the little drain, but it didn't. what was supposed to cost me 300 something ended up being almost 800 dollars. 😪ðŸ˜

Had all bearing packed, all leaf springs replaced, and tires rotated and balanced on our Jayco 5th wheel RV Trailer. . They do a really good job. Very friendly people. Very helpful. Would suggest their shop to everyone I know.

I've been ripped off by mechanics more times than I'd like to admit due to being an uninformed female, but these people were very nice and helpful. I know their prices are very reasonable because I've paid much more for the same services elsewhere that I received when I brought my car here. I will definitely make this my regular mechanic! :)

What a great bunch of men and women that work here at Mays Tire & Service Center. They worked me in during lunch hour and repaired a tire on my car that had a nail in it. I was visiting WV from South Carolina and I HIGHLY recommend anyone. needing any work done or a WV inspection make an appointment right here. Thanks guys, I made it home to SC just fine thanks to you guys. Ron Dean
