The car I purchased from Astorg was the first I had ever bought only seeing it online. Furthermore, it was the most I had ever spent on a vehicle. The people at Astorg were fantastic. The car was delivered and after some time, we noticed a few issues (bad dvd screen, wheel bent, bad strut). They picked up the car and gave us a loaner while they fixed it. No questions, no charges. Just a company that stands behind their sales and their customers. I may live in Ohio, but they definitely earned a customer for life. 6 months later, I have no regrets in working with them or the car we purchased. Thanks Astorg!!!

Called to schedule a balance, rotation and state inspection. Lady kept repeating "ok, so rotation and state inspection". Three times I had to repeat that a balance needed to be included. She assured me it was. Arrived for appointment to find balance was not listed...smh...They put it in the for me anyways upon arrival. I asked that they tell me the price up front. The scheduling lady didn't know, but told me someone would call me back; they did not. I arrived for my appointment and was told $90 for balance and rotation, $14.50 for state insp. by man at the front desk. When I got the bill it was over $140 with no explanation as to why this happened, other than "well that's the cost of labor added in". I marked my tires to see if they actually would rotate them (had been duped before). They did, but not according to Ford's owner's manual. They stated "we do all cars that way"...soooo AWD and RWD are rotated the same, yikes. Not to mention I waited 1 hour and 46 minutes for this basic maintenance and was told an hour into waiting that they couldn't rotate or balance my wheels because "the boy who has the tools is on vacation"...then about 10 minutes later they say they found someone with the tools... wild...I think it best to shop around and find a non-dealer shop to work with. Will most likely be cheaper and have equal to greater cumulative competence.

When I went to purchase my new truck from them Phil told me the owner would "never entertain selling vehicles at over msrp". Went to order another one from them and was told 20000.00 over msrp for a "market adjustment" Guess greed got the best of them.

Jason from Astorg Auto was amazing! I accidentally found my dream car in West Virginia. This was my first car purchase. Jason was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made a custom video of the car showing all features and sent it to me. He was always available to answer all my questions about purchasing a vehicle in another state. The process was easy and smooth. Even to the transport from West Virginia to Chicago! Jason and his team are amazing!

Super rude. Wanted to buy 3 vehicles. Thousands over book values and admittedly were proud of it. Went to Superior and got way nicer vehicles at or below book value and were treated extremely well. Salesman and manager at the used lot treated us like we were a pain for being there. Stay away or over pay and get treated bad for trying to give them your money.

I can't tell enough people of the FANTASTIC experience that my wife and I had buying a used SUV. Beth and Mason are amazing. The level of customer service and attention to detail are second to none. We drove from Michigan to Charleston, WV to buy an SUV and I would definitely make the trip again when we are in the market for our next vehicle.

Do not do any business with Astorg Auto. This was the worst experience ever; everyone I worked with flat-out lied about everything, including people running the company: Eddie the GM of Astorg Auto and Brian the GM of the dealership.Quick Background:* I flew from CA to W Va. to pick up the Jeep, and this is when the problems started (prior to flying out, I had countless phone conversations, text exchanges and email chains with the salesman, sales manager (Ron), finance manager (Keith) and GM (Brian) to make sure they could sell to an out-of-state buyer. Keith assured me - on multiple occasions - I was good to go and to come on out)* I put $2500 down as a deposit, then Keith tried to start changing my loan terms directly with my bank (this is not normal and it's unethical) - behind my back and unbeknownst to me. My bank then started questioning things (i.e. I didn't live local, where would the car be registered, etc.) and then they ultimately canceled the loan* The dealership refused to give me my $2500 back, so then I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.* A few days later, Brian got involved. He acknowledged I was given bad information by his finance manager, Keith, and the dealership shouldn't have sold the car to me since I'm out of area (which they all knew ahead of time). I said the dealership needs to reimburse me (I spent over $2,500) for part of my expenses, since I flew out solely based on information his dealership provided. He said he'd see what he could do to help me out. Brian then stopped returning my calls and emails.* I then got Eddie involved. He was helpful at first, agreed that the dealership was wrong, then he had amnesia and forgot everything he said. He also said he'd reimburse me my ~$2500 in expenses if I sent him my receipts, which I did. He said there are 100 people working at Astorg Auto who had nothing to do with what happened and this review would harm them and the dealership. He then asked if I would remove the reviews after I received the payment for my expenses, I said absolutely. I'm a man of my word. I asked if he was as well, he said yes (as I found out later, this turned out not to be the case).* A couple weeks go by, Eddie emailed me (he refused to call) and said he looked into it and they are not going to reimburse me, even though he originally said he would, and he and Brian both admitted I was given bad information, it was ultimately my decision to not purchase the Jeep. This is completely wrong!. Brian never returned my messages re: some of the new terms and I obviously wasn't comfortable doing business with this place at this point.Do not buy anything from Astorg Auto. They will tell you anything, won't stand behind what they say, and despite admitting they made a mistake and were in the wrong, they refuse to make the situation right.So as it stands, my review is still posted, until Astorg Auto does the right thing and agrees to what they said they'd do.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Deceitful beyond belief.

I really enjoyed working with Phil Cunix at Astorg Ford- He stayed late on a Friday night so I didn’t miss out on my dream car. I love the no pressure sales tactic of Astorg- I feel I got an extremely fair deal. I also had an amazing finance guy Fred Winland he treated me great!! Thank you Astorg this is my third vehicle from your company and will not be my last.
