“If you want a personal small town bank, with free checking, one on one care, with a secure app for all your transactions, I feel this is the ONLY Bank. They have secure messaging and one of the managers is always available to help with whatever needs you have. It wouldn’t shock me at all for one of them to ring my doorbell just to see if I’m okay. They literally know my whole background. I will NEVER switch banks for any reason and highly recommend FIRST MUTUAL BANK in Belpre or Parkersburg.”

“From experience you do not want to use them till they get their act together. Changed ownership about a year ago and have had to dispute credit with credit report at least once a month. Now they are showing a closed account but on my credit. I am done fixing mistakes for other people it’s not
My job to report to credit bureau. Credit makes your life go round when someone or places messes your credit up they should be held accountable especially when they know they have issues.

“I loved my experience with Daniel! He has such a soothing voice and I had locked myself out of my olb. He reset me and I locked myself out again. It's hard to see on the app to put your password in. He explained to me that the reason you couldn't have the option of seeing it is that if your out checking in public no one would be able to see your password. I work for the call center as well. I learned something from him that I can pass along to my customers
