You can't access any account information through the website chat. You have to call a phone number. So if you're like me and your service isn't working. i.e You can't send it receive texts or calls; you're SOL.

Can't say much about both mobile. There is no negative right here that both of them. The lady and the gentleman both help the wife and I. It isn't we switched from bottom into this because the service is a lot better.

do not do service through this company. their customer service is garbage. I bought service that I couldn't use. they wont refund so they will receive bad reviews on every single platform. I waited on hold for 21 minutes then was hung up on.

Waste of time. Got a line added to my service by the suppose to be manager. He screwed it up and the employee just tells me he doesn't have a clue what to do. Gave me a fake number to call. Will not fix the issue as to why my bill is so high. Customer service says I have to have the store change it. It's a complete mess. Very disappointed.

AC doesn't work which is unfortunate for the employees bc it was hot in there! But the employee, Jasmine, was kind and fixed my issue!

Says that they are open but the are not. This is twice that this has happened at this particular store. Even the neon sign flashes open. But the door is locked.

Went to do a simple change to account and the person working there said "I don't know how to do that. Come back tomorrow." I am a disabled Vet and do not drive, so it took me 1.5 hours to get there and 2 hours to get home(bus)What really upset me is I called one of their branches yesterday and explained my problem and was told to go to any branch and problem would be easily solved.I have been with them for 6 or 7 years....if this how they treat long time customers I would hate to see what they do to new customers

My mother was a former customer. She began having problems with her signal earlier this year. Turns out, the company was bought out, and are now using inferior towers. The difference was noticeable immediately. The phone dropped so many calls that it was of no use anymore. The people in the store were no help whatsoever. One of them came right out and told her “I just sell them, I don’t fix them“. Nearly impossible to get any customer service when you call, and when you do, they are in India and are not the least bit helpful. My mother tried to switch carriers, boost wouldn’t unlock her phone because it was less than one year old, even though she paid full price for it. She switched anyway at her own expense, it was worth it. One of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with, and worst customer service. There are many better choices, run away from these people.
