Again the kitchen closed at 8 but when I called they said 9. No one manages this place. Made the trip and couldn’t get food.

The Blennerhassett is the perfect place to go for dinner for any special occasion. My partner and I recently went for a date night, and the dinner was amazing from start to finish. What made it really special was Chef Ron making accommodations for my gluten allergy. I have celiac, which makes it really hard to eat out because I have to avoid all cross-contamination. Chef Ron made me feel so comfortable by explaining to me all of the precautions he was taking to prepare my meal. We will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: Allergen and dietary restriction friendly!

Love this hotel and their restaurant. Eating and listening to live music on the patio area is a treat in nice weather. Parking is very easy in their adjacent lot.

Great stay on a cold, wet October night. Adrienne was a terrific server for the restaurant and ambassador for the community. Allen (Sunday chef) was outstanding. Hotel was wonderful. Very comfortable.

The atmosphere was good. Would have been great but we could not sit outside because it was a little chilly. We had a larger group which they were able to accommodate in our own space. The food was, how should I put it, less than amateurish. The food lacked flavor. How do you make eggs Benedict taste like nothing? The fancy labeled chicken was like jerky. At least you nailed the eggs and bacon. The wait staff seemed a little clueless although a nice fellow. It seemed like they may have utilized the gardener for our service that day. Anyway, the waiter seemed to be surprised when we wanted plates, coffee, and something besides water to drink in the beginning. He really looked puzzled when we wanted more plates to go back. The buffet was out of most foods often. They were unprepared! The worst part, the Buffet was $30 with a 15% gratuity. Bob Evans would have been way more pleasing.I would not recommend this place unless atmosphere is your only priority.Parking: Weekends are free to park in the paid lot next to the Blennerhasset.

The atmosphere is very nice. It's a beautiful place, especially the outside seating. I've eaten there twice, both times were lunch. The food was mediocre. Perhaps the dinner choices would be better. The service on my first visit was great. It was not as great the second time. I doubt I'll go there for lunch again but I'll definitely try their dinner options in the future.

The last time we were here, the brunch was tremendous. Loads of offerings and all good. This time, we had a disappointment. The assortment of foods was limited. What was there was okay, but that's as far as it went. While a small notice informed that eggs and omelets could be made to order, no one was there to make them. The service was provided by a pleasant-enough person, but it was the server's first day ("I'm new.") on the job, so service was subpar. The venue itself is handsome; no doubt about it. But you can't eat venue. For $30/person, not including libations, we didn't get much good.

Don’t go for the buffet! We had the Sunday brunch buffet. My only positives: hotel is beautiful and the cheesy potatoes were good. However… Hostess ignored us while waiting to be seated. Waiter was mostly absent. Buffet hot food was empty the first trip. Hunted down plates ourselves and went up for a 2nd try. Most things were still empty. Waiter still mostly absent. No syrup for your waffle, no salt or pepper, frozen store bought desserts. Bill was $133 for 4 people. Robbery. Do not waste your time or money.

My niece had her wedding here on 9/16/23 and the entire weekend was wonderful. That entire staff was extremely polite and did not hesitate for a split second to ask what can we do for you. I would recommend this hotel (and restaurant) to everyone. If you miss staying at this hotel you have missed a wonderful experience. Thanks to the entire staff....James you pulled it off for her!!!

Dinner was very expensive- mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant potatoes and too salty. The sautéed vegetables weren't fresh. The steak was good and the cocktails were also. We will not eat there again.

Heavy moldy basement smell when you first walk in.$91 for 4 bites of "wagyu" (they cut it for you) - no marbling?Fruit flies flying in your drinks.2 hours waiting for food. To be compted a dessert and $20 off a $300 bill.Servers were pleasant but it is far from upscale food or an establishment.
