I was very surprised by my experience here. From the phone call before coming in, all the way through my interactions with Carl's, I was treated as though I didn't know what I had or what it's value was. I would NOT at all, sell your gold or silver here. They offered 30% below spot, making my silver worth less than it's purchase price, after the price of silver had gone from 27 to 38/Oz in value.... understand that no one is paying spot prices, but 15-25% below is plenty of room for profit, 30% and a shitty attitude towards knowledgeable customers is outrageous. Find another place to sell your precious metals if you aren't a junky, that just needs fast cash.

I wouldn't sell any gold or silver to them. They will rip you off. They only offer FAR below spot price.

I have firearms transferred here all the time, great crew of employees and great customer service. There are multiple FFL’s closer to my residence, but I always make the trip as they’ve earned my business.

You are never going to find a better more reliable place to get great deals and cash loans when you need them. You can purchase great used music equipment electronics jewelery and fire arms becuz the staff only accepts quality stuff.
