Wow, what a nightmare dealing with this company! Most of the employees treated us with respect and politeness ... except for Brian “Lucifer” McPherson!Brian McPherson has no integrity, lies, manipulates and his hairline has more depth than his knowledge of the industry!I am not sure just how he reached VP status unless it was through his bait and swap sales tactics, cut throat approach to service and / or walking in others! I would pay a Kundrick garden class to make copy’s before I would deal with that idiot again!Go to Walmart and buy a brother printer first... at least you get what you pay for!
