Called for an auto insurance quote and was greeted with the rudest representative they could have sent me, her name was Autumn. If this is the way they treat their customers I am surprised they are still in business. Very sad!

Erie Insurance is the worst company to deal with when you claim, the adjuster Danika and her supervisor Mr. Stanley both trying to rip me off and making me pay additional $6000 for my roof repairing. The least reliable service on the planet. Great until you actually have to use insurance. They make mailing out papers seem as if it's as difficult as assembling a space shuttle. Do not waste your time on these idiots.
