Called for an auto insurance quote and was greeted with the rudest representative they could have sent me, her name was Autumn. If this is the way they treat their customers I am surprised they are still in business. Very sad!

Erie Insurance is the worst company to deal with when you claim, the adjuster Danika and her supervisor Mr. Stanley both trying to rip me off and making me pay additional $6000 for my roof repairing. They try to do their best when you claim them- they also over changed me and collected the entire amount of insurance. Stay away from them

My mother worked there until yesterday when there was a death in our family. They fired her claiming no one was told she was leaving, I was standing right there when she informed a lady who worked there. Then they called on the phone, fired her with this reason then asked for a bag back with the company logo on it which was given to her as a gift. No condolence of her loss, no sympathy, nothing. I find them very rude, unprofessional and a bunch of liars. I'm thankful I'm with an insurance company that cares about their employees. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The least reliable service on the planet. Great until you actually have to use insurance. They make mailing out papers seem as if it's as difficult as assembling a space shuttle. Do not waste your time on these idiots.
