About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas is a propane delivery company with many long-term customers. Reviews describe generally reliable service, with timely deliveries that prevent customers from running out of gas, especially in winter. The phone service and office staff are frequently praised as helpful, polite, friendly, and efficient. Many note the delivery personnel are also efficient and polite. The company is considered outstanding compared to past experiences with other providers, with deliveries arriving as promised or sooner. Prices are viewed as competitive.
However, one significant criticism involves an incident of an unsolicited delivery and a higher charge, which was later adjusted after contact. This experience led to a loss of trust from that customer, who advises checking with several companies. Another minor note mentions that the website sometimes has bugs or glitches. Overall, most customers report very good and quick service, do not regret becoming customers, and would recommend the company.

Quick service and nice employees to work with. I forgot to move my vehicles and they didn't say a word and filled my tank for me!
