“I’ve spent the last 12 years jumping from gym to gym. I can now say I’ve found a home. Training and competing on a college level, I’ve never lost my “competitiveness”. Though I trained consistently I still felt like something was missing. I needed an extra push! A friend told me Strong Tower offers three free sessions, so I gave it a try. I was instantly hooked! The coaches, equipment, and other members are awesome! Don’t let your age, strength, or fitness ability keep you from giving Strong Tower a try. I wish I would have done it years ago! All workouts can be scaled to fit each person’s capabilities. They offer multiple workouts per day and memberships to fit anybody’s busy schedule. The gym atmosphere and programing/workouts were the missing “competitiveness” I desired!”
“All I can think of when I think about the Nutrition Mission is the Cheers theme song. They will treat you like family. They have great protein shakes, teas etc. A gym with classes on certain nights that are free with a drink purchase. Great people in there. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!”
“This is the first time I've been there, so I don't know anything about the workers or gym goers.
But, the gym itself is awesome. Huge space. 2 or 3 of every type of weight machine. The machines are spaced out and organized perfectly and in a way that makes sense. (If you're new like me, that makes a difference). And the bathroom/locker room is huge too. Plus, everything looks newer and taken care of. Very well done gym.”
