Stephen is the best person ever at Astorg and costumer service oriented person. Our family is giving him the highest starts we could ever give. He goes and beyond, very compassionate to his work and extremely knowledgable. He always willing to extend his services and help even after office hour. Truly we are blessed to come to know him. He assisted us to be able to have a good deal in buying our first Mazda car. Thank you Stephen and thanks Astorg for having Stephen as your staff.

Purchased my first Mazda, ever! Sales guy, Stephen was amazing. I don't like going to a car dealership and feel like I'm being pushed. I will go elsewhere. Stephen was respectful and definitely not pushy. I highly recommend looking in to buying a car here. All very nice people.

Great dealer to work with, they got me scheduled quickly and documented all my concerns. Dillan & Cameron were great to deal with and helped me figure out what was going on with my new car, fixed some issues, and got me back on the road in record time. Super!

Cameron is awesome to deal with. I purchased a new Mazda 3 from another dealership and they were less than honest with me. I called in to Astorg and explained that I didn't feel that my new car was running as well as I expected and they took it seriously and scheduled an appointment. They offered a very warm welcome, we checked out the issues live with a technician and they did an inspection to make sure everything was in tip top shape, finding an issue and fixing it. I was impressed that they were willing to take me in and fix the blunder of another dealership. I really appreciate the care and time taken to make sure my concerns were taken care of and my car was running properly. Super awesome!

5/5, 10/10, 100/100 - However you want to look at it, Stephen Watkins and his team are awesome to deal with! Will certainly be loyal to the Astorg dealer network for a good awhile due to Stephen and team. Highly recommend for all West Virginians to make the trip to Parkersburg.

Just purchased a new CX-50 and everyone there made it a smooth seamless transaction. While I was finishing up paperwork I had to jump into a business meeting via phone and the sales manager even let me use his office. Highly recommend!

Service station is an absolute travesty. The only thing that got fixed was my bank account…

Title: Disappointed with Service Experience for Mazda CX-5I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Mazda certified service shop in Parkersburg regarding my 2016 Mazda CX-5. The ordeal began with the dreaded check engine light illuminating, accompanied by fault codes P0171 and P0192, indicating a lean fuel mixture and low fuel pressure input.Having done some research and due diligence, I decided to have the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and Low Pressure Fuel pump replaced, hoping to address the issue. However, the problem persisted, prompting me to seek the expertise of the Mazda certified service shop in my area. With confidence in their abilities, I took my car to them to perform a comprehensive diagnostic test and provide an accurate diagnosis. At this juncture, I was leaning towards a potential fault with the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) or its sensor. After the initial diagnostic, they got back to me suggesting that the issue was likely related to a faulty fuel rail sensor. Here's where my reservations began. It was disheartening to learn that, in Mazda's design, the sensor is inexplicably integrated into the fuel rail system, necessitating the replacement of the entire assembly.Although I was skeptical, I consented to this repair, trusting in their expertise as the official Mazda dealership. However, as fate would have it, the repair failed to address the problem. Subsequently, the service team reached out, now convinced that the true culprit was the High Pressure Fuel Pump. I gave them the go-ahead to proceed, but I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite right in the way the situation was handled.Determined to gain more clarity, I reached out to other Mazda service stations across different states. Surprisingly, they all seemed to converge on the notion that a malfunctioning fuel pump was often the root cause of similar issues. It was bewildering to hear that the service shop hadn't considered this option initially, especially considering that a faulty fuel rail pressure sensor wouldn't preclude them from examining the fuel pump.Feeling a bit frustrated and perplexed, I confronted the service shop about the order of repairs and their reasoning behind not inspecting the fuel pump first. Their explanation left me even more baffled – apparently, the high pressure fuel pump sensor wasn't transmitting data, rendering it difficult for them to determine its status. It struck me as odd that the absence of data from a HPFP sensor wasn't treated as a reason to address that potential issue before jumping into a more costly repair of a fuel rail pressure sensor that was telling me initially it was running lean.Throughout this process, I was never informed that the fuel pump sensor was failing to relay information on the first diagnostic. Instead, I was presented with the seemingly more expensive repair option, which ultimately didn't yield any positive results.Regrettably, I cannot express satisfaction with the service provided by this dealership. The lack of a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving the issue, combined with what appears to be an inclination toward pricier repairs, has left me disillusioned. As a result, I am compelled to caution others against seeking service from this particular Mazda certified shop. The overall experience has been disappointing and has cast doubt on their competency and transparency in addressing complex automotive issues.

Absolutely vile and slimy lack of integrity when it comes to vehicle servicing. Especially during such difficult times in our country. I wish I could give 0 stars for how much financial damage this place as caused for myself, and a few other personal friends. THANKS FOR THE BEANIES AND WEENIES THAT ILL BE SERVING MY ALREADY HUNGRY KIDS!!!
