Dropped my grandma's car off for an inspection around 9 and came back around 3:30 and it still wasn't done. I had to wait an hour for it to get done. They charged me for wipers I didn't ask for and the drivers side wiper was just laying on the arm not even installed properly.

Took them 3 weeks to change my brakes. And they didn't even put all the bolts back in the brakes! 1 bolt holding brakes on. Completely unsafe

I'm pretty picky regarding who I let touch my vehicles, personal and work. These guys get all of my business and do a fantastic job. Ben always finds a way to get me on the schedule quickly and they fair and honest with there prices and work.
