ETHANOL-FREE GASOLINE! It costs $1 more per gallon, though. But it's fresh, because they haul/deliver fuel for their own business and many others.
The place has been owned and operated by the same family for many, many years (a century?).

Old fashioned neighborhood station. Prices are competitive. Real non-ethanol gas is available here. Downside is lot doesn't have much room for customers waiting to get to pumps. One of the only two bays has 7' height restriction.
