Terrible delivery service and even worse customer service. I managed for FedEx Ground for over 9 years (not there now) and therefore I understand how important it is to make sure that packages arrive where they are supposed to and by the time they are needed. UPS, despite their drivers making 6 figures a year now, is absolutely terrible as a delivery service. The inability of a driver to read a label or scan a label and look at the side of a building to see a giant sign and deliver the package to the corresponding place is asinine. The call center customer service is just as terrible. If only Amazon let you choose who delivered your packages. USPS and FedEx have no problem getting packages here.

Keep hanging up the phone when I schedule a call back to speak to a representative. My order was not delivered to my home and was rerouted to the most inconvenient location for me.

For the first time in years, I’ve had a horrible transaction. I had two packages that the driver kept saying my address was wrong and it is the same address. I always use after many phone calls. I finally received the packages at the address that was on the two packages, horrible service for this delivery

Had a package says delivered at 203. I was on phone at 230 asking where they put it. In notification said at the shed(I have 3) my wife and I both have made numerous trips out looking around all of them. Even went to the neighbors. Nothing. and they said they call me within hour. At 545 I'm calling them again. Same thing, call back within an hour. Apox 7pm I called them again and they say they was trying to contact driver that was still out. They would have them contact me as soon as they got a hold of him. Then have my package at my house tonight. It's now 10pm and still nothing. No phone call nor package. I'd choose usps over ups.

There is no way to reach a person, if you call the customer support number all it does is give you automated responses to commonly ask questions. Heaven for bid you should actually have to reach somebody at this location.

It's a little hard to find for an out of towner and not the most convenient hours for people who have to run errands during their lunch hour. Unfortunately I do, and could not visit them later to send my package. I had to wait to find another UPS location that ended up being past the city it was going to. I'd never heard of access locations and didn't realize these were inside of CVS. Walked in to one, saw no sign of UPS, and went to the one I knew.

Paid good money to overnight very important very time sensitive package, specifically asked for delivery after 2 pm, attempted delivery before 2 pm, gave me the run around for 10 minutes before then immediately telling me they couldn’t do anything and withholding the package over the weekend. On top of multiple misplaced packages through the years. FedEx is an awful service, but compared to UPS, they look like a bunch of geniuses. Avoid using UPS unless your life depends on it.

The Amazon website said you could go to a UPS center for help printing a label and mailing a package back in, said you could scan a code there and you would be all set. I got here they didn't have any information about that and said I needed to have the address where where to send it to. I tried looking the address up off of the Amazon website, and with her help shipped it out. Upon contacting Amazon this was incredibly the wrong procedure in my shoes are probably gone haha. No biggie, I guess I should have gone the option of having UPS pick it up at my house which would have been cheaper and maybe worked out better. Maybe.

Went here to pick up frozen food package. Thank you UPS for calling us. Package would not have survived riding around in truck all day in 90 degrees. Service was great here.
