I have had much better service since the change in management in Parkersburg. The new Postmaster is awesome and he seems like he really cares about the customer.

They don't care. What is the point of doing a pickup request when they don't bother to show up. Pour customer service. You pay a lot of money for shipping and you get very scrappy service. Not even worth a star.
