Disorganized, staff not helpful, seemed too busy to stop and help customers in need of assistance. Waited 20 minutes for an associate to get an item out of a locked case for my fiancée

The employees are rude and belittle customers and don't follow the correct rules... if I could go anywhere else besides that greedy establishment I definitely would!!

Sadly disappointed in Walmart these days. Went in to buy a pair of non-slip Shoes-for-crews boots just to find out they don't even carry a brand of decent non-slip boots anymore. What to your quality, Walmart? And the tool section? Huh. While increasing in variety, you have sacrificed in quality. And the third thing is the tires. Do not buy tires from Walmart. While the employees went out of their way to address the issue, there is just no fixing bad product sources unless you change your source,Sorry Walmart, while the employees were great, your merchandise was sub-standard at best and downright shameful overall. Do better, or I will pay a lot more elsewhere for better overall experience.

Wal-mart allows counterfeited imports that are mostly from china. This Corporation is not a friend to any American city or town & their not especially here to help American Families save, their presence is the complete opposite. Don't get used to and don't settle into the inflation scheme or for the tricks that they claim are a convience to help make your lives easier. It's a mental programming method that they use against people. They are AI in all of the stores to spy on their shoppers. Look into it.Buy local & say goodbye to control

The usual: They sell the most cheaply-produced Chinese electronics available. Largest store in the area, yet their food item selection always seems to be somewhat lacking. And food prices are not nearly low enough, considering that Walmart has the most "buying power" of any grocery (etc.) store entity in the known universe due to the corporation's gargantuan size.Other customers were about average for Walmart that day, too. Women leaving little kids unattended in carts while they wandered off to do who knows what, other people letting their kids run around like invaders from another planet, people stopping with their carts side by side to have long conversations (leaving no space to get by), and EVERYONE pushing their carts out of the aisles into the main pathways without looking first to see who they were about to run the things into.Checkout, well, that's a mess, too. I think there were three cashiers working, with five or six people in line at each. I understand the concept of civility - but when there's a line, DON'T HAVE A FIVE-MINUTE CONVERSATION after being told what the total cost of your items are. Pay up and GTFO (thanks!). The self checkout area was barely being used - but that's because ChinaMart appeared to have constructed a maze that must be traversed in order to get to it, for some unfathomable reason. There was a guy sitting on a stool, inside. I thought he might be there to make sure people who were exiting with merchandise had actually paid for it, until I saw a lady heading out with a big television sticking out of the cart. It started to fall and he kind of tipped it back in for her - without asking to see her receipt. I think it was their "house brand," Onn. Maybe he (probably correctly) assumed that anyone who actually took the risk of stealing a television would choose a brand that was worth taking out of the box? IDK. Maybe he's not there to watch for shoplifters at all but, instead, to tell anyone who forgets to cover their firearm that, while the state freely allows both open and concealed carry, Walmart only allows the latter inside its stores. Or maybe he's tasked with tackling any union representatives who attempt to enter and hand out literature to the employees, lol, who knows. He was at least virtually guaranteeing that the stool did not float up into the air, I suppose.I can say that the employees seemed to be friendly - even the one that sent Mom several aisles in the wrong direction when she asked where the pens and pencils were.I was only there because I assist my elderly mother with her shopping chores, and she insists on going there occasionally.

It's ok in a pinch. Always out of most things I need. Vienna has more selection.

Still love the grocery pick-up, hope they never stop doing it! I HATE going to the grocery but doing a pick-up is awesome. You don't even have to get out of your car - how much better can it get?

I think maybe I just dislike every Walmart but I especially dislike this one the most. For one I get followed around by the shoplifting prevention employees. They don't do a very good job at seeming hidden. They waste their time every time that I'm there because I pay every single time that I'm there but they still seem to follow me. I don't understand why they continue when they see me pay every time I come lol. Anyways, there's a lot of employees there that are not friendly. In top if that it seems like the worst people in this city go there and it's hard to even get through isles because you have so many employees in the isles trying to get items for online orders and then you have people shopping that wanna go so slow or they walk in front of you and then stop. I end up getting so angry that I walk out most of the time because I'll end up running into the backs of people's ankles. Idk. Walmart just had a way of really stomping on my nerves.

Checkout lines were faster and items were organized and easy to find. Floor workers were quite knowledgeable and they didn't seem bothered by any questions you may have.

It's Wal-Mart, what can you say. Quick in and out, and had little interaction with staff. The one person we did ask for help smelled like BO really bad and was very unclean.
