After moving out of the MOV, I assumed I’d have to find a new bank more locally available. Over 2 years later, I’m still using WB for my banking needs. Their e-sign, mobile check deposits, and ATM fee refunds make it so I can bank wherever i go. In times of any trouble, it’s handled seamless and usually caught by them first. Their personable and patient on the phone. Highly recommend banking with Williamstown Bank.

Every experience I have had with any tellers or management at any location has been tremendous! They are always friendly and more than willing to help in any way. The Giving Cup located in their Lubeck office is unlike anything in this area. You are served delicious coffee by a smiling associate and your donation is made to a LOCAL charity. If you have not taken the time to stop by yet, please do. It is well worth your time!

Any "interest"you might gain from your checking account will be more than offset by their fees.I have yet been able to ballance my checking,and I am EXTREMELY CAREFUL ,because I can't decifer the stinking fees.My ballance has NEVER been off in my favor.Steer clear of the "kasasa" accounts.They have proven to me to be a RIP-OFF. They mislead you into thinking that it's to your benefit to have this type of account.I do my checkbook every 2to3 days,so it's not hard to keep up with. STAY AWAY!!!!

Only giving them three stars because although the tellers have always been friendly, polite, and efficient they won't answer their phones on Saturday when the websight says they are open until noon. The lobby closes at 10:00am but the drive thru is still open. If it says the bank is open until noon then they should answer the phones. To me that is bad customer service.
