Shenandoah Sunrise is absolutely delicious & Bloomery is by far the best brie I've ever had. Hands down! You are making an incredible product. Can't wait to see you back at the farmers market.

I love this cheese. I get it at the Mt. Pleasant farmer's market (Saturdays 9-1). The camembert is so rich and creamy. The blue cheese is awesomely ashy. The gouda is so good (not smokey). The feta tastes European. The tomme (Shenandoah Sunrise) is the best- nutty, salty, complex.

This place has a cheese stand at the Bethesda FreshFarm market, and they make amazing cheese. I have had the gouda, the tomme, the blue, and their new feta. I love the gouda and the tomme. They are perfect with crackers (although I ended up eating a bunch of the gouda by itself to enjoy the flavor). I am not normally into blue cheese, but theirs tastes better than any blue I have ever had - it was awesome with cranberries. Jurgen, the cheese guy, is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Spring Gap Mtn. Creamery has some of the best blue cheese I've ever had. It is strong and sensational. The people who work there are also really nice and knowledgeable about their cheeses.
