The store off rt 50 today around Noone the woman who was working there is extremely rude and has no customer service experience wanted to argue and threw me out of the store because I didn't know how much gas it was going to take to fill up my can and truck she got hateful when I walked in and she had to get off her cellphone and move is what her problem was had attitude when I stepped in the door hopefully you can fire her because I know I normally stop there every week but after this experience I personally won't stop there until she is fired or whatever punishment is taken care of by 7 eleven

One of the employees were extremely rude to my husband and I on seperate occasion. Haven't went back since and never intend to.

I have the displeasure of coming into this filthy establishment multiple times per week. Not because I want to, but because of the convenience while I’m working and I drive for a living. Not only are the cashiers miserable and speak in mainly grunts, but this place is overwhelmingly filthy. The restrooms should be condemned. There is rarely soap, the floors look as though they weren’t cleaned in weeks, there’s always the same foul odor, and there’s holes in the door near the handle that people can see in. I don’t know why anyone would walk into this place and spend money by choice. At the beginning of my shift today, I came in and there was no soap and the toilet wasn’t working. I let the cashier know and she grunted some response at me before staring blankly at me. There was another employee not far away, so I figured with 2 people working the problem would be fixed by the end of my shift? Nope. Came in, toilet still not working and still no soap. Absolutely no excuses. Trash cans overflowing, it smells like rotten fish in the hallway near the restrooms. I wonder to myself how these employees wash their hands with no soap and then proceed to make food and put food on the grills. And then I also wonder how many of their customers get ill after eating food here. Whoever runs this business should be ashamed of themselves. I also wonder how the health department would feel about this awful mess of a business. Pictures for proof.

They never answer the phone when trying to order food the babe the time they say they are out of the pizza you want and then after evenings they don’t want to make pizzas for you how is this place still running

Staff was very friendly. Love that the pumps and lot are so spacious! Perfect for pulling a 32' travel trailer! Would be 5 stars if the grass was mowed. Hard to walk the dogs in it

I stop at this 7-11 about 3-4 times per week to grab refreshments and use the facilities. The store is usually busyThey usually have what I need. The prices are good, fair value. It's my half way point when commutingBe sure to sign up for BP Rewards or 7-11 Rewards.

When we travel Route 50 to Morgantown WV from Ripley, WV. We always stop here.Great bathrooms, hot food, snacks, Tony's favorite beer and my favorites Cheese and jerky snacks. My doctor says that high protein snacks is my choice.The prices are great!!!Store cleanClean bathrooms

The last 3 times we went there to get pizzas they say they are out of boxes, and I have never experienced such rude customer service anywhere, they get mad if you order a pizza and are very rude, I spread the word and locals hate going there.

They have a very rude worker she told my mother to get out that she was done with her in front of my 3 year old daughter after spending over $10.00 in the store. I understand having a bad day but this is unacceptable in my opinion. She was there working around 6:00 on Friday night June 24th.

Food is almost never fresh unless a certain person is working. There's a cashier with black hair that yells at customers and is super rude while waiting on them, and the store is 9/10 times dirty.

The Assistant Manager Tia is extremely rude. I asked a question about clearance items and her response was” can’t you read” and “well, what does the sign say”. I was really taken aback at this behavior. Tia then walked away from me stating she would get someone else to assist me and was laughing at the situation. I found nothing funny about this situation and that a manager would speak to a customer in this manner.

3/24/21 Employees were rude, place was uncleaned and the employees didn’t care about any protocols for Covid. (One employee decided to eat food and serve me without washing her hands or wearing gloves!) My advice if your coming off of Route 50, keep driving, there’s a GoMart in Ellenboro better than this dump. ??

Right now they are too lazy to clean the restrooms so don't stop if you have to use the facilities.

Workers are nice and polite food is not bad and they have alot of different things here to eat drink and snack on.
