They keep saying mail isn’t there or on the truck when it clearly it they are just to lazy to do their job and I’m tired of important mail getting lost

Seems like all the reviews on here are correct you never get your mail or you get someone else else’s mail you write on it. Return to sender and it still gets left in box for months and months and months. Philippi is a joke.

Late or Lost seems to be Philippi Post Office's Motto. Don't bother with Amazon Prime, the 2 Day delivery is great but not when you're local P.O doesn't bother delivering the goods on their end, even when it's delivered to them in ample time to be delivered out to customer.Then there's the scary fact the number of times I've gotten other people's mail in my box. Everything from DHHR, Credit Card Companies, Cards, Doctor Offices. I've taken to just delivering it to the addresses myself to ensure PROPER DELIVERY.

They won’t even hold a package 24 hours before sending it back, even after telling them you’re new and trying to get on the route.

Had a few good months where my packages were being delivered to the correct address. Now back to my package being left at the wrong house. Received an email that looked to be a standard reply basically saying my package couldn’t be retrieved and I could use that as proof when I reach out to the shipper. Extremely frustrating. I’ve never had this many issues with the USPS before.

Ever since I've moved to my current street over a year ago, we have consistently had problems with our packages. Things have been marked as delivered and are not actually delivered to me until I complain. In the past 2 weeks, we've had four packages officially lost by the Philippi Post Office. I'm incredibly frustrated and over it; if I could have my mail delivered elsewhere I would just so I wouldn't have this problem anymore.

Terrible. I have lived all over the USA due to my families military background. I have been living here for 1 month and i have never had this many issues in my entire life.Our delivery lady first stuffed some packages into the box so rough, i couldnt get the packages out of the box without help and on top of that everything inside was broken. My things have been delivered to the wrong house by a miles. Having to do mail swap with neighbors and people who do not live on my street. Packages saying they've been delivered when they are neither in my mailbox or delivered to my door. Today was the last straw for me. Today I was waiting for an important package of higher value. I was told at 9:49am that the packaged had been attempted to be delivered and needed signature i was at my front door window waiting for the package all day from 7am-5pm for no package or mail carrier came to my door. It is upsetting that i feel like i cannot trust the only people in this country to delivery or handle my mail.They break things, lie of federal forms and lie about delivery.Hope this can be addressed
