Pharmacy never opens on time because the employees can't seem to get to work on time. Pharmacy used to open at 9am, never did due to this. They changed the opening time to 10am and they still can't get to work on time to open. Very unprofessional. I suggest a drug test to be given since they are working around pharmaceuticals.

Hours of operation on the website and the actual hours of operation are not the same. Stored closed 3 hours prior to advertised time. Drove in to pickup a prescription just to find out they were closed.

The lady Lisa that is working in the pharmacy is extremely rude, when given my insurance information she decided she wasn’t going to take it and instead of looking up my previous information was being very combative, refusing to give me my medication. Me being already flustered from work, being pregnant, and needing my medication I had to walk away. I wasn’t rude, or even reactive, I walked away AND SHE LAUGHED. My husband then had to go in and try again. She apparently made a phone call during that time (even though me and my husband both left the store and had no intent with coming back in the same day) to the insurance claiming I was using tri-care, which I haven’t used in months, since I have not being on active duty status with the army for some time. Also, told my husband it is illegal to use my SSN for insurance purposes even though I’ve done it for the past year and some change, and using this particular Walgreens for 3 months and never have had a problem before. Then proceeded to tell my husband it was because my birthday was wrong even though she hadn’t even asked or looked at my ID. Lisa in my opinion is very unprofessional, lacks knowledge, and needs to find a better fitting job being that she clearly does not know how to speak to people, especially being in the military I have never experienced this much disrespect in any interaction with Walgreens store employees. I am very friendly, and even when I’m upset I never go out of my way to talk to anyone in a disrespectful manner. Lisa’s interaction and behavior was completely unprovoked, and quite frankly disgusting.
