I would highly recommend that you find a different mechanic shop if you are considering Eddie’s Tires for repairs of any kind. They are very unprofessional and will take advantage of you. They installed a power steering pump on my mother’s vehicle in January of 2024. This cost $450.00 for labor and miscellaneous parts. The new pump was bought by my mother new at O’Reilys. The pump started making noise shortly after it was installed. She returned to the shop on 9/10/24 to see if they could correct the problem. They offered no warranty, nor did they suggest that the pump which was installed might have a warranty. They gave her a quote of $1,100.00 to correct the issue. I believe the pump failed because their so-called mechanic didn’t bleed the power steering system. They are not concerned with providing quality work. They only care about taking peoples money. Thankfully she called me before they were able to take advantage of her. I cannot understand how their price would increase almost 3 times in 8 months to correct something that they were incapable of repairing the first time around. Go to Marty’s Tire. You will be much happier.

Had an alignment a month or so back steering wheel wasn’t probably centered took it back and told them steering wheel isn’t centered they went in done alignment again and came back not centered again actually steering wheel was slightly worse than the first time. I didn’t even bothering going back a third because I did once for that problem and it came back worse i don’t quit understand how it was worse but it was. I thought so what is the point they can’t seam to do the job the right way or want to. I should’ve took it to the dealership like I normally do…oh well you live and learn.

Had a tire blow out on our Class-C Motorhome on I-79 today around 2pm. Limped off freeway & found a place to change tire. Needed to replace the spare. Called Eddie's and was so pleased they had the tire in stock. Heading to the shop we got caught in I-64 slow down for over 35 minutes. We got to Eddie's about 20 min before closing time. They were all ready for us. Replaced the tire and allowed me and my parrot to come into the A/C to cool off while they did the work. Fast, friendly, efficient couldn't have asked for nicer folks. Trey was so patient when I was calling hime with updates while we were stuck in traffic. If you need help give this business a call. Thanks all. I always appreciate dealing with Eddie’s tire service. They have taken care of my vehicles for many years and I have always found them honest and trustworthy. John Byrd, the service writer and face of Eddie’s to the customer, is particularly personable and helpful.I would recommend this business.
