Professional, kind and courteous delivery team! Not only did they call the previous day to let me know the projected delivery window but also called while in route of the delivery! They were very kind and helpful during the delivery. I am very impressed with this company, their team members and their service!

Waited for a delivery for over a month. They were a 3rd party shipper with no communication with seller. Company gave me a day for delivery but I told him to Gave me an hour heads up because everyone was at work. The driver didn't do as we asked. He showed up, called, waited 45 minutes and left. As he was literally pulling out we were trying to call him and wave him down. He ignored the calls and us. This was on a dead end single lane road so we know he saw us. He couldn't miss us. Then the company wouldn't reschedule a delivery and wouldn't let us come and pick it up. Horrible communication and poor excuse for the driver. Don't know drivers name hopefully they aren't all that bad and others get their deliveries.

Damage when delivered. They set-up delivery time and location and refuse to pickup, after I took of work. Very rudeand refuse to pickup.

Our furniture delivery came today. It was brought into our home but per our request, left in pkg.ing until my husband has time tonight to unpack & inspect all pieces (he had to get back to work). And also, I didn't want my 2 dogs laying on it until we inspect, and put pet coverings on it. Some of these reviews (here & other places online) really worried me to say the least! We had a great experience with the two men that handled our delivery! I have no clue of their names but I'm sure my husband knows their names (two younger men). We basically wanted to give them a few dollars (hopefully enough to get their supper on their way back to Poca)...BUT, if we could have afforded to do so, we would have given more! They appreciated what little we could offer (they certainly don't expect anything). Our home wasn't the easiest of places for them to get into either! They didn't complain...very friendly. When you have people delivering to your home and have this same pleasant experience, please offer just even a few dollars to them to help cover a meal while they are on the road, working hard! They also marked our delivery as unpacked, in case of any issues once we are able to unpack it. Far better service than the company that we purchased the furniture from, that is for sure! 😊

Horrible business. Lazy deliverers & drivers. Incompetent work staff including Jeff. I had a sectional sofa delivered and left boxed & wrapped on my back porch. I paid for the delivery indoor & assemble option but Lampert didn't have paperwork to deliver inside so it was refuse delivery or accept. I'm letting anyone moving to an area that Lampert "services" that it is a business that has no concern for the item delivered or for the people they are delivering it to. The heavy set deliverer was rude & argumentative; he also looked like he would struggle moving anything but a fork or spoon. Bad bad business that represents an outdated & dying off form of business.

I had an experience very similar to Andrew (see other review). I ordered a sectional sofa online and paid an additional $100 delivery fee to have it delivered indoors. There were two delivery drivers. One was fine but the other was rude AF. He seemed irritated to even be there and was in a hurry to leave. I had to trace back through 4 different companies to track the original shipping company that sent out the order and even though they were told that I had indeed paid to have it delivered inside that they wouldn't do it without new paperwork and it would be "at least a week or two" before they could come back with it. Someone named Jeff, I'm guessing a supervisor, called multiple times telling them to just leave it and go. He didn't care that I'd paid for indoor delivery nor that the originator had confirmed it should be inside. I kept hearing him say that Lambert wasn't paid for that so they weren't doing it. They obviously don't give a whit about customer service. This is, BY FAR, the absolute most horrendous experience I have ever had with a company. Fortunately, I spoke to the company I placed the order with, they refunded my shipping fee, and have promised to take this issue up with Lambert themselves. I hope they lose the shipping contract, they deserve it.
