“We had an urgent need to find a storage unit. We live out of town so I did an online request on a Sunday. I immediately got a confirmation email. I followed up with a phone call around noon on a Sunday and someone picked right up and answered all of my questions. The next morning I received a call from the manager at the Cross Lanes, WV location, Pete Gaydosz. We talked about the facility and how the lock code boxes work, the hours, etc., and he answered all of my questions. He even offered to sell me two locks for the price of one since we ended up having to rent two of the smaller units. Pete is an awesome manager and is doing a fantastic job taking care of his customers. What a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend!!!”

“Shania the women who works the front desk was amazing to me and my partner. We have a five year old daughter who accompanied us to get our first storage unit and Shania gave her a grooming kit with a stuffed kitten that meows as a gift. It came with a adorable little kit that you can label the day the kitten was born it's name and a bunch of accessories. It just goes to show how family oriented they are. They took their time to detail all the questions and concerns we had regarding our possessions. I'm glad we choose rhino self storage as the place we store our items. Thank you again to Shania who was an awesome help she truly cares about the customers and puts 110% into the work they do at this location. My family get such a homely vibe whenever we are there. It's safe and secure plus we saved a ton that we wouldn't elsewhere. We called a few places prior and they was double what they was asking for the one we was interested in.You won't regret going here!”

They decided they were going to move my items here a week before they were supposed to. I couldn't get into my home yet, so I had to find a storage unit that was tractor trailer accessible and I only had 40 minutes (after they told me they already left with my stuff) to find one before they closed, as most storage units hours were until 5pm on Friday.”

“Nice indoor heated and cooled storage units in a clean facility. Be careful about leaving the door opened or the alarm will sound, and you will get charged if the manager has to come out to turn it off. One time the power went out on me on a pretty day. It scared me pretty bad as I was alone.”

To their credit, U-Haul corporate called me and gave me a nice voucher to use on my next rental My planned date to move had been ruined.Moving is hard enough without having crazy experiences in the process. “I was in need of a storage unit so I went online, made some phone calls and of course all I could get was a call-center. I was inquiring about a particular storage unit that I pass very often in Nitro West Virginia. To my surprise I received a phone call right away from a very pleasant young lady ready to help me. I was invited to come in right and away and view the units they have there. When I got there, that’s when I met Halley. She was smiling, warm, and very happy to help me. She was also very knowledgeable of that facility, as well as others that she managed for the owner. It was a very clean very well taken care of place of business and seemed very secure. It makes all the difference when you talk to someone so sweet and helpful. I sure hope the owners realize what an asset Halley is for them.”

“My husband and I used AAA Mini Storage when we moved. The house we were moving out of was very small, so as we packed stuff up, we stored it to get it out of the way. The owners, Brandon and Erica, make sure the units are available during most hours of the day, which was very convenient, especially when I picked up a few pieces of furniture at an estate sale that we didn't have room for in the old house. They keep the facility clean and it's well-managed. I called other storage facilities in the area that didn't answer their phone, so I left messages, and only one other place even returned my call, but they were more expensive. Only AAA actually answered their phone when I called, every time I called. If we move again (Heaven forbid!), AAA will get our business again.”
