Just had the smoothest, most stress-free upgrade of my life thanks to Wesley at Verizon. I went in to check out the iPhone 16 Pro Max and left wondering if I should bring Wesley a coffee next time—because THAT’S how good he is.
From start to finish, he was friendly, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. He didn’t rush anything, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and made sure I understood every detail before finalizing the upgrade. Total pro.

“Really good experience, I switched my phone from Verizon to T Mobile.I used the 55+ plan ND got a better deL than I was getting at Verizon. They also gave me two very sleek Galaxy S22 phones. Not only that but they did all the work, transferred my photos and apps.We took our new phones on vacation to Florida and took some amazing shots.The camera was awesome, we took pictures of Artimus1 the space ship at NASA from a long distance and the Pic was crystal clear. The staff was very friendly and even helped me get a protective case so nothing happens to our new phones. Thank you fir such wonderful service”
