I dont understand the negative reviews. Check in was easy. People are friendly. No they do not search your truck or take your phone. Yes they do ask about pets so no dogs are allowed. I was unloaded in less than an hour with a full load. Fantastic place

very respectful people. easy in and out within one hour believe me, don’t be worried about the bad reviews, they don’t check what’s inside your truck ! they don’t take your phone, maybe they changed some of the security rules ! they will only asking you if you have a pets because no pets allowed inside the company....

Great place to pick up. Security was great. If it's your first time you need to watch a safety video. Hard hat, safety glasses, long pants, long sleeve. And closed toe shoes required. In and out is 45min. Also overnight parking available
