“Great overall experience and as convenient as the online app was, suited our pickup & drop off needs I did find it a little difficult and would recommend if possible to rent in person with their help. They're awesome there, it was just the Uhaul app that was a little confusing and challenging. Glad we got the 15' truck! Always better to have a little extra space than not quite enough even for a local, return to the same place small move!”
