Avoid like the plague. We've had service for a month and the wire is literally still running across our yard and sidewalk. We contacted them through the app and they sent someone who looked at us and said that needs to be buried. He left and they closed the trouble ticket. I had to reach out to them again and they said the technician closed the ticket. We had to start all over again. Still have the wire running through our yard.

Never had service and charged me and didn't come bk for the fiber, optic,as per technician, still charged and put on my credit,when I never had it.

I've had internet problems for weeks. Hours on line working with app (doesn't work well), techs. Techs repeatedly ask about colors of lights, etc. Same over and over again. New router fixed nothing. Finally get appointment 8 days later, no show. Appointment was cancelled by Frontier for no reason. Shop around before you use this provider. Terrible service, no tech support for specific problems. Only what can be fixed from afar. Bad business model. But don't bother visiting store-- it's closed. I guess Frontier business is just too hot these days!

Do not use. The Internet never works. I’ve had frontier for almost 4 years and it has literally been off at least three out of every seven days of a week.

Garbage company that loves to do the bear minimum. Dont bother giving them a penny. They only care about what they can take from you, not give. Horrible customer service and horrible company

FRONTIER IS A HUGE JOKE. I canceled my terrible service and a rep told me there was a 10 dollar cancellation fee (no big deal). They continued to withdrawal from my bank account TWO more times. Both times I called and a rep assured me that the policy was canceled and I would not be charged again. The second time they withdrew money I called and they said they would refund the full month's payments in about 30 days. So I was a whole month and finally got a "full" refund of $18 dollars..... if you have the availability to pick any other provider I strongly recommend it!

The absolute worst company ever. I have been trying to get internet service installed for my father for 4 months now. We have had 3 appointments set up, but the techs didn't show up or call to cancel. When I call to verify the appointment, the person on the phone assured me they would be there.They are aware that it is being installed for medical purposes. Unfortunately Frontier is the only internet available in the area, and they are aloud to treat people however they want too. It's a very sad situation for elderly people in rural areas.

Inadequate internet speed/service and customer service has exorbitant wait times, foreign customer service representatives and no local contact when having problems or outages.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. Their Internet Service is even behind a string and two tin cans. It goes out at the same time everyday for over an hour. Avoid Frontier Communications at all costs.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received from anyone providing internet service. Unfortunately in our area we have had to use frontier for the past 8 years until T-mobile finally had good enough service for us to switch. When we first got frontier we were extremely over charged for their “fastest speeds”, we had connection issues and lagging all the time. Then we were told the fastest speed in our area was only 3mbps not 12mbps. But consistently, internet was temporarily out of order in our area because they were working on it. Now that we’ve set up a 5G hotspot, we terminated our services with frontier today and they all of a sudden have options they could have switched us to to make our internet faster within the last week of fighting this for the millionth time, and (no contract) customers of 8 years, we’re actually getting charged just for terminating our services with them. Frontier are a bunch of crooks that need to be run out of business. I understand that in the area I’m from, it makes it difficult for the best speeds or always having service, but this service was so bad that sitting right next to the router with only my phone and Xbox connected, I couldn’t do anything on my smartphone. I had better service disconnecting and running on my phones data with one bar lte. If you have options, do not select their services, wait for another company to come in and buy them and actually improve what they do not currently have, and hopefully bring a little bit of honesty from their services.

Do not recommend. We have a new construction house and only options for Internet are frontier (which all the neighbors have) or satellite. Tried to call and see if a technician could be sent out to try and get us wired up like our neighbors. Was told the area was not serviceable and there was no way to have someone come out even though the first person we talked to said there was. Extremely unprofessional and kept interrupting me as I was trying to clarify there was nothing they could do for us. We were trying to avoid satellite but after that... we’d rather go with Hughes Net.

worst company. promised upgrade to high speed internet 8 yrs ago. glad I didn't hold my breath. If you have a choice, take the other option. This company bought more and more without maintaining what they already had! Guess that's why they are in bankruptcy!
