Stopped in with no appointment 10 days after having major surgery and was blown away by the superior customer service that I received. Steven and all of the staff were engaging and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable and pleased with my service. Salon is clean, cheerful, with an ambiance of pampering. Natalie's Nails is the place to go if you want to have great service and beautiful nails.
I'd almost bet that once you go there, you won't go anywhere else. That's what I did.
You couldn't ask for any better service!!

My only complaint is their new automated phone service. It's confusing and of course, you don't get what you want. Then I couldn't even get transferred to speak to a human!! Just not a fan at all of those automated lines.

Absolutely love Natalie Nails & Spa! The salon is spotless, beautiful, relaxing, and the staff are so friendly. My nails turned out gorgeous as always! My girl Katie never fails me. The quality of her work is outstanding! My nails look flawless and I always get so many compliments any time she does them. The attention to detail is incredible. Katie is a very talented manicurist. I loved the leaf design and color. She definitely knows her art. Natalie’s Nails is a beautiful salon and the staff is very accommodating. If I had any critique it would be that I would love it if Katie would be more conversational with her customer. She talked mostly in her language to the staff and I felt a bit ignored. Also the price was a bit of a shock as last time I had a design it was only 10 for 4 nails. Today it was 25.
I understand that the art work was much more intricate, but it would be nice to at least let your customer know that it was going to be more expensive before the work was done. That way, I could make a more informed decision. Overall, I like Natalie’s nails and I will be coming back, I’m sure.

I went in for a pedicure. A couple of days later, my toe became infected so badly I ended up in urgent care and I am now on two antibiotics. I do not recommend and I will never return.
