“This is an update to my previous one star review. I was contacted by Lauren in customer service who was very helpful. I was also able to speak with someone in the local office who was very helpful. Two AmeriGas team members came out today and we're also friendly and got, what had previously steamed like a difficult job, done. They did some troubleshooting and we're able to remove the tank.They assured me that they are aware of some of the problems they are having with communications through the call center and are working on a resolution.Previous review -We have had nothing but frustration with this company. We have had issues with billing and now that we want the tank removed it has been incredibly difficult to get that to happen. You can not reach a person who has the ability to schedule a pickup, when we finally did get it scheduled they didn't show up, they changed the pickup date without telling us even though we were told they would contact us if there were any problems or questions. They use a call center that has no ability to answer any questions or connect you with anyone who has any authority. Horrible!”
