About Scott's Auto Body
Scott's Auto Body is a business that offers convenient and reliable auto repair services. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, noting the great service and trustworthiness of the shop. One customer mentioned that their truck was restored to like-new condition and that the work was completed on schedule, with good communication throughout the process. The shop’s ability to check in Enterprise rentals at their location adds to its convenience. However, there are mixed reviews regarding the quality and efficiency of work. While some customers are highly satisfied, praising the shop's service, others have expressed frustration over long repair times and issues with parts procurement. One reviewer reported a nearly year-long repair process with subpar results, including misaligned doors and leftover debris, indicating that repairs may be better suited for older vehicles rather than high-end models. Overall, Scott's Auto Body is viewed as a trustworthy shop for certain vehicles, but potential customers with high-end or newer cars should be cautious.
