Ralph and Hannah were awesome. Ralph was able to get our taxes done even though we were pretty last minute setting up an appointment. Ralph was fast and explained things to us in a way we understood and made sure we were all on the same page before finishing up. I highly recommend this company! If you’re on the fence give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Ralph and his Team are awesome. I start using them in 2017, at the time I was living in West Virginia. In 2018, I moved to Chicago and continued using them. Last year, about 4 months after filing my taxes, I received a letter from the IRS, I did not understand what they were asking for. I called Ralph and emailed him the letter. Ralph told me, “I got it from here”, he then called me explaining that everything was taken care of, he did not charge me anything for taking care of the situation. Never heard from the IRS again. Highly recommended, good price and super professional service.

I messaged Tax Webb on Monday and was desperately hoping they could help us in getting our taxes filed after dealing with an accountant that has been non-responsive to our tax status inquiries. My message was answered within an hour letting me know to expect a phone call. Ralph then called within a few hours. I was in his office this morning (Wednesday) and he did my taxes while I was sitting there (I will add that he would have had me in there sooner but our schedule was crazy on Tuesday). My husband and I went in to pay him and sign our paperwork this afternoon. He took care of everything while we were there. He also gave us advice on changing our with holdings. He was professional and fun to work with. He is very knowledgeable on tax laws. I highly recommend him if you especially if you enjoy face to face business dealings and knowing who your accountant is.

Ralph and his assistant make tax filing convenient. Just drop off your paperwork, they contact you if questions, set up time to review, sign and submit your forms. Voila! Done.

I was attacked by the IRS for owing back taxes which i actually didnt. I was referred to Mr Havens at the Tax Webb and he was so SO good. He talked to me like a father and calmed me down. Told me this was all stuff he deals with normally and even though it was horrifying for me it actually wasnt something to be afraid of. He called the IRS and took over. Once i signed power of attorney they coulnt call me anymore and had to deal with him only so the calls and letters stopped which was a relief! He handled my account and I now owe the irs no money!!!! I would and have recommended him and tax webb to anyone looking for help or just to do their taxes!! They really have the knowledge and record to handle any issue you may have!!! doc jon

I have had ongoing tax debt with the IRS and VA for the past ten plus years. I understand what all of us feel from owing taxes and it's a constant foreboding. Never knowing when the IRS may take your money, your property, your home and your sense of wellbeing. I understand how upsetting it is, how scary it may be and how angry you may be at yourself for allowing this situation in your life. But get past all that and do what Tax Webb asks of you as far as gathering documents, tax information and anything else they ask of you. The sooner that you do "YOUR" part, the sooner Tax Webb can help you move on in your life, free of this burden. It "IS" possible, it "IS" doable, it "IS" necessary for "YOU." Don't fight the process, don't second guess what's being asked of you, just do it! After all, "YOU" got yourself in the position of needing help from Tax Webb in the first place so you're not in a position to fight the process to get out of your situation... and they know what they're doing. Don't fight the process and prolong the stress this situation brings to your life. Go with the flow and do what Tax Webb asks!!! I did what was asked of me, Tax Webb was "ALWAYS" very responsive, very helpful and very clear on the documents they needed to complete my offer to the IRS. Any delay in this getting done was on "MY" behalf, never by TaxWebb. And I did drop the ball once in the process but as soon as I contacted them and when "I" was personally ready to resolve my tax debt, it was done efficiently. And by they way, it was done in the midst of the 2021 tax season no less. So to sum it all up, do what they ask, be proactive in your crisis and it "WILL" be over. Special shout out to Meilissa at Tax Webb who held my hand through this process and truly does care and wants to help!! Thank you Tax Webb for EVERYTHING. I can breathe again!!!!
