Went in today to ask if my phone is in warranty (charging port quit working). The staff didn't appear to know how warranties work or have any interest in looking it up. They kept saying if I dont have mobile protect, a paid service, that there is no warranty. This is not true as samsung has a warranty. I was hoping to have them help me set it up or get some assistance. This is a brand new phone. Per google:
Verizon will assist in honoring the manufacturer's warranty by connecting you with the manufacturer's authorized repair facility or providing a replacement, depending on the situation.

Horrible experience overall. Went back twice (on consecutive days during regular business hours) to conclude my transaction and found the store to be closed. I'm glad I was able to find a different store to help me.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Joel is fantastic.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from Joel in 2023 and have been very happy with it.
I am a rather clumsy man sometimes, and I dropped the phone, cracking the screen to the point it no longer worked. I took it in and spoke to Joel about what my options were.
We tried looking for a number on my account that eligible for upgrading, but there was none available. He explained to me that it would be covered under insurance and told me how to start a claim.
When Joel saw that I was rather anxious about not having a phone during the repair / exchange process, he offered to allow me to use a phone he had in the store at no charge.
He didn't have to do that, but he took it upon himself to go above and beyond to make his customer happy. This was truly an exceptional customer service experience that is rare these days. I highly recommend this store and I will never buy another phone anywhere else. Thanks again Joel!

05/22/2024 Showed up at 4:45 pm and the place was locked up. 2 more people showed up and started waiting. After an 30 minute wait a very young nervous kid open the door and was so incompetent he could not start a simple activation telling me I had to drive over 40 miles to Winchester Va to corporate head quarters to fix it !!!. To surmise this place is a joke DO NOT do business with them

When I first when in there to trade in my phone and set up the phone plan, things went great. We were able to get my account set up, traded in my phone for a new one and was going to get credit back for trading it in. (That’s the only reason I upgraded). Everything transferred easily and they were super kind. That was in October/November 2023. It is now May 2024 and the trade in value and discount still has not been added to my account. I have called for months and I left messages and then when I would finally get ahold of the manager he said he would get it added. It still has not been added. It was supposed to bring the new phone cost down to 10 dollars a month and that is the only reason I did it. Very disappointing it hasn’t been added in 6 months.

Transfered over from AT&T after being done wrong by them for the 2nd time with "free" phone upgrades. After being with them 16 years we would have thought better customer loyalty would have been there.

Very disappointed! Went in to upgrade our phones and the store was disgustingly dirty with trash, empty boxes, drinks and food laying out everywhere. Not mention the smell! There was even an open box cutter on a low counter in the store front. I wonder if young children come in with their parents? I think they might, but I would not recommend anyone go there. So back to upgrading our iPhones to the latest models, they only had 3 in stock and all in pink…not what we wanted. The employees’ computer was not working properly so we couldn’t even get new phones if we indeed wanted pink and could have tolerated the smell. What a waste of time.
