I had great service! Joel was very knowledgeable and patient when he helped me with the problem I was having with my phone. I would definitely go back if I need help or to get a new phone.

The 2 guys working were absolutely amazing, helped me with my issues, got my friend a new phone after his wasn't working. Zain in particular was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and at the end of the day very amazing at his job! I would gladly go back again and go through the 2 geeky awesome gentlemen!!!

Went to store during normal business hours and door was locked. Went later in the day talked to guy Working there, i left drove around the building. Saw him in the window lock the door grab his book bag and head in the back. I waited 15 minutes. Door still locked. Horrible service. Never seen a business ran like this. What a joke.

Why don’t we know in advance that this Ranson Verizon store is not an authorized store?Customer service is very important to me - and this was the WORST customer service ever.I will try to contact Verizon directly and give my opinion, but in the meantime - Buyer Beware!!!

I wouldn't recommend the store. They are not an official Verizon store. They are an authorized retailer. I am thankful they were able to get my phone # ported over and working but told me I had to pay an activation fee of $35 for each line for a total of $140. Ok no big deal. On the receipt it says setup fee, so much to my surprise on my 1st bill from Verizon I see another $35 activation fee for each line. Talking with an actual Verizon agent they tell me this was an agent assistance fee not an activation fee. Seems like a bait and switch to me and a purposely deceptive business practice. So in conclusion my advice would be to go to a Verizon Company store not an authorized retailer.Response to Owner: I was told the that the $35 charge was an activation fee. I brought my own phone so there was no data to transfer, there was no mention of cloud storage, installation of a screen protector or in store coupon etc. Also only one of the four lines was working when I left the store. The last two lines I setup myself at home so if you all are willing to refund two of the setup fee's I would be willing to revise my review.

Get ready to pay fees to this third party retailer. Just switching the type of plan you have without even getting a new phone? That’ll be $50 per line. Wanna add a new line? That’ll be $35. To be clear, these are fees this store charges, this is on top of any activation fees Verizon may charge.Edit: My complaint isn’t about the service, it’s about the extremely well hidden fees this store charges that they will never tell you about. But while on the topic of service, if you order a new phone, do NOT expect this store to call you and let you know you can get your new phone… ever.

DO NOT go here. They are NOT a Verizon Store, they are an authorized dealer. They swindled me into a very large Verizon bill that I had no idea about.What they show you: a very handy paper that lays out how much you’ll pay per lineWhat they DON’T show you: that’s if you’re getting FOUR LINESThey heard me say “$55/line, that’s great!” Did they correct me? NOPE!He told me that their printer was broken and he couldn’t print the contract paper out…hmmm now I know why! Thanks, Danny W for helping me into over 2 times what I was paying at Sprint and slapped with that bill right before the holidays. I hope you got a very hefty commission for your dishonesty.Our neighbors were interested into switching to Verizon, we advised them to go straight to the source online. We will forever advise or friends and family NOT to use any authorized dealers after this experience.UPDATE: We just realized he also took my husbands iPhone and didn’t note it on the account, give us a refund ($800), OR actually send the phone into Verizon. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!UPDATE(2): Got my husband’s iPhone (had to pick it up from the store). Turns out they had been holding into it for the past 21 days. Oh, and Danny is the manager.

I would give it zero stars but the app makes you pick @ least 1 star. Worst service ever! I ordered a phone cover for my new phone. I was told 3-5 days and it would be delivered to my door. After a week I called the store & they didn't seem to be able to figure out why my cover has not even been shipped yet. The guy just kept saying, we did our job, It us on their end. Long story short, He told me he was going to ask his manager. Unfortunately for him I could hear him talking to another customer instead. He came back to the phone and said his manager was not returning his call. I asked for a refund and he said he wouldn't even know how to do that. He told me to just wait another week. I told him that he was to have his manager call me as I want a refund. He said ok. Btw... I had to ask him if he had my phone number, he didn't so I gave it to him. Later that afternoon I received a call from the store employee , stating I left my phone charger @ the store while I was there earlier. (I Can only assume he thought he was calling the customer that was there, instead of actually trying to contact his manager for me??) Now when I call, I get a VM telling me they are busy and the voice mail is full so I can't leave message. I'm calling my bank and let them dispute this with them. BUYER BEWARE!Laurie Havens

Zero Stars to Match ZERO SERVICE! I have ordered a new iPhone from the Ramson, WV store. Special order which should have been in by now. So, I have been calling the store for the past 3 days, every time you call it goes to a caned voicemail message "assisting other customers." 3 messages in 2 days with no reply call. Clearly Russell Cellular doesn’t care about providing quality service nor even having the simply curiosity of returning a call.Perhaps the reply misses the point, I am a current customer!

Candace is amazing. Very knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, great recommendations based on your needs versus sales techniques. She handled new phones for both my wife and I while simultaneously taking care of other customers. Best customer service at this store we've ever had.
