Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick to ask you if you need help while not being pushy about things. Always honest in my experience, whether it be prices of goods or whether a product will work for your situation. Very knowledgeable and up to date on current code enforcement. By this I mean the NEC, State and Local codes relating to new electrical service installations in particular. They have saved me a great deal of time and headaches in the past. Also even able to put me in contact with local inspectors for when the work is completed. I must say the prices I have found there either match or they beat the big box stores and for being local that is a big plus, but the service just puts them over the top and makes them better than any of the commercial retailers like Lowe’s, Home Depot or Menards in my opinion. You just don’t find places like this anymore and I highly recommend if you need something that a big box chain would carry, give these guys a call, the product inventory they carry will surprise you.

Got to watch.them the price on items on the shelf are not the same when you check out. Always higher. Their.excuse is we don't have time to keep up the price sticker

They have pretty much anything you need. They will help you find it and will help you carry it to the register. The thing I like the most is they are open 7 days a week. AWESOME

Jackson Pro is our go-to hardware store. Some time ago I was needing help with a storage idea for my knitting tools. They didn't have exactly what I needed, so the guys spent some time with me trying to come up with an alternative. Their patience was extremely appreciated! Now, when anyone comes in our store looking for a hardware store, I send them there.
