“This is an amazing pharmacy. I've never put much thought into my pharmacy (besides a personal preference of supporting small businesses) but they are better than your average CVS or Walgreens. They went above and beyond advocating for me when my psychiatry office was taking over a week to get me refills on a medication I need to function daily. They helped in every way they could and were obviously very frustrated on my behalf (thank you Kinsleigh for being so compassionate and empathetic and for calling my psych office so many times). This pharmacy offers a personal touch of compassion that's worth driving a few miles past whatever chain pharmacy you're near because if you're ever in a situation like mine they will be there to help you however they can. You'll be grateful.Thank you again everybody :)”

“A month ago I had a medical emergency and was transported via ambulance. The staff was so helpful. The pharmacy personnel stayed with me until help arrived. The lady that was checking me out noticed that I was in distress and immediately reacted to the situation. Thank you all full your kindness.”
“I had to travel about an hour from Clarksburg on a Friday morning to get the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. I had called earlier this week to insure they had that specific vaccine and explained to them the urgency. When I arrived on Friday morning to get the vaccine everyone behind the counter was very very nice. It was important for me to be able to get the Johnson and Johnson in order to start my new employment. Without it I would have had to wait another 4 weeks of I would have had to get one of the other vaccines and the 2nd booster before being able to start. So I was beyond grateful they were able to administer the last vaccine of that kind. As I said, everyone was very very kind. I definitely give this pharmacy 5 stars.”

“Saved me over $800 for my one prescription. New Rx for eliquis and the coupon card was not being accepted. Also, I had 2 Rxs, a loading dose and then maintenance. The way the coupons work is confusing! And I am a pharmacist myself. The kroger pharmacist downloaded a second eliquis coupon, a different kind, and got everything covered for $10. Kroger pharmacists take the time to figure it out!”
“I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this store. Sometimes you have to wait longer than you'd like, but that's the way it is with all the chain drugstores everywhere. If you want better service than that, go to a small independent shop, as I do for most of my needs. But Walgreen's can get some meds that the small place can't, and sometimes I'm in their area and need some retail item.
I feel the employees are doing their best. Sometimes they may seem like they're not hurrying. I expect they have to adopt a slow and steady attitude to get through all the times they're swamped. They're human.”
“They have some really good sales, deals, coupons and rewards if you use their app. One of the cheapest places to buy feminine products and there's usually some on sale. Easy to find what you need. I hate their self checkout and the way their counters are set up. Overall though I prefer them over similar stores.”
