“Small post office with always excellent service. I've been using this P.O. for almost 30 years, and there's been some new blood recently, but the public service staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. A lot of credit should go to the principal trainer. I won't name names, but I have trained public service staff myself, and she's as good as they come. A first-class P.O.”

“I think the Salm post office and the employees are awesome. I've read reviews people saying they can never get anyone to answer the phone or put in hold for ever. I've been in this areas 9 years now and I haven't ever encountered any of those problems.They always answer promptly and always answer any question I have. I have only had to wait twice in the 9 years I've been here but that's because it was the holiday season. Also the Salem PO does close at noon on Tuesday or Wednesday I always forget which day it is. One of those days the PO does not answer since they close at noon. The PO in Clarksburg, however on Emily drive never answers. I've given up calling that office.”

“A+++++ for customer service. I can not brag about this post office enough and the help that I received. I had a problem that needed resolved with a package that I had mailed to the wrong address and was looping in the tracking system. The employee was able to contact the receiving office in Ohio, asked them to locate the package and redirect it. It was delivered 2 days later. She handled it in a fast, efficient and professional manner. Her attentiveness to my issue is appreciated.”
