Called and upped my spending limit to 3k because I was going to make a purchase. Told me it was gonna be 20 minutes. Waited 2 hours and when I went to make the purchase, it said declined. Can’t call back since they have no after hours number. Left stranded. Highly upset. Expected more. No wonder people use bigger banks.

This is the only first people's I will use. They r friendly and fast at what they do. They fix problems without no questions. U never have 2 wait in a long line. If u do it dont take that long 2 get threw.
