Rae Corwell, thinks she is smarter then the public thinks these new meters aren't meant to be wrong because computers are at work. The men don't have to get out of the trucks. Don't ever mention attorney to her she'll yell at you then hang up on you. So unprofessional Rae and Michelle they rather raise their voice and your bill. I bet she doesn't even get a water bill her water bill is free I can't remember when my water was below 250.00 dollars. She probably take the real amount out then put the rest in her pockets. I would give ZERO stars if possible. THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The ladies in that office need to be FIRED. They are not helpful and if you inquire about anything they get annoyed and just tell you it will be taken care of....BUT they don't know when or how. What is the POLICY of this water company???? They seem to operate under whatever guidelines they want and have NO consideration for the public they serve. If there was another water company available I would NEVER use this sorry excuse for a BUSINESS!

This is the worst public service business i have ever dealt with. They broke their own policy today by shutting off my water before the 10 days after mailing off the shut off date. I went in to tell them to turn in back on and they immediately escalated the situation into a screaming match. They broke their own policy and treated me like a delinquent.

Please be careful you do not upset the employees. I was assaulted by an employee and while trying to leave they shut my foot in the front door preventing me from being able to leave. I was also threatened they were calling the police on me while I was still trapped in the door. I had to crawl out of my shoe and leave it behind to escape them. They also followed me to the back door as I was leaving in my car screaming obscenities at me.

My monthly bill has increased over $100 in the past year and I'm using less water now than I was then. This company's sole focus is money, and they don't care about anything else.

Id like to lnow how you receive a notice stating your bill is 107.00 but you go online to pay it and its 192.60? Received termination notice today, notice put on my door yesterday. Idk why but I didnt receive a bill this month and this happens often. After you receive a bill you have one week to pay it or your service is terminated. Its something when your water bill is more than your car ins. Or electric bill. And my house is total electric.

All this utility company cares about is money!! They will over charge your account & refuse to make the correct adjustments. Won't hesitate to blow your phone up if your a day late with a payment. If you need them, they might come within 30 days if your lucky. Just a sad excuse for a company.
