The new owners have made a fun change - The Indian food! I got some sweet treats a few months ago, and noticed the they had more selections to try later. I went in the other day and instead of Indian sweet treats, there was homemade holiday in the USA style treats - peanut butter fudge, etc. I didn't notice anything from India, so I'm not sure if they are just celebrating the holidays or if they are switching it out because I'm probably the only person who cooks masala at this end of the holler.

Their subs use to be so good. The new owners are dropping the ball on their subs. They need the old owners to come back and train them again.

I have always ordered subs from there when Dave was the owner n never had any problems but I just went n ordered one and it was so nasty and I couldn't even bite into it because the mayo WS just thrown on there n made my bread nasty n the lettuce wasn't fresh at all.. Def won't be back

A little pricey if you trying to save money. It's a nice little market. For drinks, sandwiches, snacks. It's a lot similar to a 7-11. It's nice it's in the middle of town. And you can walk to the market if you close enough. Sandwiches are good. The staff is nice. They never been rude to me. They do have price tags. At least in the middle section.

Checked online to find their hours, said open until 8pm on Sunday. Drive intoWest Virginia, there at 735 pm they were closed! Many more driving up to find them closed also. If your hours have changed you need to post them

Good made to order foods. The pricing on general goods seems a bit steep. The service is generally good but sometimes some of the staff seem a bit cold. Overall, an okay place to stop and grab some food or drinks.My personal recommendations are their breakfast sandwiches and ice coffee.

I've only had the subs and the homemade cookies, but they are all wonderful! The subs are a deal at about $6 for a half - which is more than 6 inches - stuffed with meat, cheese and toppings, and the bread is toasted - kind of reminds me of a baguette. It's probably the best sub roll I've ever tasted. They DO NOT skimp on your requested fillers and toppings, like most places do (I'm talking about you, Sheetz!). You may wait a little longer at Hage's, depending on how busy they are or how many folks are working, but it's worth it. And, the cookies are soft and chewy and delicious!

Hagges is a good place to go I would recommend it the only thing is they need to be more on time with when they open they say 6:00 a.m. but I've seen the time where I sat there till 6:30 a.m. before they finally opened so if they would be more on top of that and open it up when they say that would fix everything but other than that it's a nice little store to go shopping at...

Sign on the door says they open at 6am, if you gotta be to work DO NOT RELY ON HAGES! 2022 and you would think the least a store could do is be consistent or put up a sign so people didn't waste their time...
