“We love this hotel, especially at Christmas for the Polar Express! Walking distance to the train, right next to a brewery, good breakfast and a warm pool! This hotel has little extra touches (like a hot cocoa station) that makes it the best Fairfield we have stayed at. Highly recommend!”
“We stayed in The Monk Room. The place is beautiful. We didn’t mind but if you can’t walk up three flights of stairs you may want to stay on the lower level. I would definitely recommend this place.”

She was honestly one of the best receptionists I’ve had in a very long time and truly made the whole experience for us. The hotel was clean, friendly, and comfortable. Because of her amazing customer service, I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel to others!”

“First time I've stayed here as competitors' hotels in the area have gotten worse over the years. About $10 more to stay here. Reviews were better than the competition so tried it. Convenient to I-68 and Cumberland is only a few minutes away. Parking was fine. Staff was efficient and nice at check in. I wasn't expecting the latest and greatest here so it works out with realistic expectations. It serves very well as a budget hotel and I'd consider staying here again along as current state is maintained or improved.”
“Fantastic 4 day stay! Stayed in the king suite with livingroom, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable king bed! Everyone was very friendly at the kiosk check in/out, front desk, and management! Tons of sites to see, a wide variety of places to eat, quick access to shopping from boutiques to groceries, and all within walking distance of a few minutes. Water pressure and temp was always consistent and good. This hotel is in a great location and has a fantastic crew.”

“Absolutely the best kennel for pets that I have ever used and my wife and I have lived in multiple states!! They are so professional and my dog gets excited about going there. I have never had any issue regarding fleas and ticks there, unlike other boarding places. Their prices are reasonable and I like their grooming services.”
