It took me a little longer to get there than expected and they actually called me to check on me.Upon arrival, I pulled right in and within 6 minutes they had my new tires on. “I had some work done to my car at Queen City Tire and Auto after it was properly diagnosed. They picked up my car from work and replaced the throttle body and installed a new battery. On my way home, I got a call from the garage asking me to come back because they realized they accidentally overcharged me!! My bill was corrected and I happily went home!! Who does that???”

“Monday evening before Thanksgiving, my son's car brakes were grinding. Nick said they would look at it and do their best to get it fixed so my son could make it home for Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, college closed due to "bad weather" and a friend drove my son home late Monday. Tuesday morning Nick called to say there was a missing bolt and they replaced it. He said everything else looked safe. The charge was 100% fair. Even our mechanic at home said he was absolutely impressed at the honesty and that there was still integrity with some mechanics. Based on this experience, when my son needs work done while at school, his vehicle will go to This Mr. Tire!! Thanks Nick & staff!!”
“My husband and I were traveling from Maryland to Ohio and our valve stems were leaking air on our 44 ft fifth wheel. We found out when we stopped at Love’s and they sprayed down the tire. We called Smitty’s based on a recommendation from G&G Tire Service and thankfully they told us to bring the rig in. They were very friendly and quickly tightened the valve stems on all the tires. We found out that this was something we can do ourselves going forward, but grateful that they were able to help us in our time of need. They were not going to charge us, which was very kind, but my husband insisted we pay. Thank you so much Smitty’s for saving the day and being so friendly.”
