I was there to get help with my phone on Friday the girl was no help she didn’t even look at my phone she told me i had to call 611 all my phone was doing was blocking numbers i want up to the att store in Parkersburg and they looked at my phone and told me what was wrong with it and they fixed I didn’t have to call 611so i wont be back I was not happy ????

Ashley h was very helpful I had ordered a phone online and the order got canceled. This was due to the site not believing it was me who placed the order. She helped me confirm I wasn't charged and then found me a better phone for a better deal. After looking for accessories and humoring my price matching I bought the phone and she helped set it up. Thought this was soured by the fact that the monthly payment plan is locked in a won't allow me to pay extra when I have the funds. Of course this was in no way Ashley or the other store attendants faults.

Shop elsewhere, they do not listen to the customer. Deceitful business practices.I was asked if I wanted device protection for my four phones. I said I did not, I felt it was a waste of money. The sales associate acknowledged my desire to not have the protection (and the 17 dollar per device per month charge).Nearly two months later my bill comes in, I’ve been charged nearly 140 dollars from this garbage protection plan I specifically opted out of.I come into the store today to politely discuss it in order to get it removed. The sales associate who appeared to be in charge tells me all phones are given that charge automatically and the customer has to get it removed.Absolutely wrong to do to customer, particularly considering two phones were bought at this ATT store while the other two were ported over from another carrier. Why would an honest business practice insure a device they know nothing about? Calling ATT as this automatic coverage is not standard ATT business practice.Save yourself some the trouble, shop elsewhere.

The AT&T store in Ripley wv is a joke They will flat out lie to you on what you will get for your trade in phone Then you won't get half what they told you Every time I have ever dealt with them they have lied

I went to this store last Wednesday to buy a phone because my phone died. The girl said I had to pay my bill first, which I did. I picked out a phone and when she put it in the computer an error code came up. We thought AT&T's website was down. I ended up going to another AT&T store and was told that the girl added another data plan to my existing data plan. Now it has been a week. I still don't have a phone that works and I am using a track phone.

I walked into the local AT&T store to purchase a new phone. There was a female employee inside who asked “how can I help you” when I walked in. I told her I wanted to buy a phone. She walked to the register area and asked for my phone number and to see my driver’s license. Following that, she informed me they had no IPhones except for the SE. I asked what the SE was. She said it was the standard edition. I asked where the SE fell in regards to the IPhone 14 and the phone I had, which was the IPhone 10. She said it would fall below my IPhone 10. I asked when they would be getting some. She said they get deliveries through the weekdays(this was a Saturday). I then asked if i could order one. She said we could and got into her computer system for more information. She told me it would likely take a week for me to get it. I said that was fine and asked if she had some that I could at least look at to decide which phone to go with. She pointed to the area of the store where the Iphones were. I went back to look at them and there were four different IPhone 14’s. I asked her what the difference was between them all. She answered, “the size”. I said” that’s all, the size?” Then she went on to tell me that two had three cameras and two had two. All the while she is still standing at the register area, and any information I was getting was because I was asking questions, she wasn’t offering any. I then asked if she could come and go over the differences with me. She rolled her eyes. I said, “ you act like you don’t want to sell me a phone” to which she said, “I don’t have to sell you a phone with an attitude like that.” I was shocked. I said that was fine and left the store. She was not helpful at all. And might I add that there was no one else in the store at the time but me. It’s not like she was busy helping someone else. She wasn’t. And she didn’t want to help me either.
