I stop here many times a year. This place is getting worse by the day. 2 out of 4 toilets out of order in the men's room. The men's room itself was filthy.
Eventhough the lack of my business will not have any effect, I will not be stopping at this location again.
You may want to reevaluate your decision to stop at this establishment.

Because when we first arrived they say no warter we sit for an hour go back in warter works just fine we go back in everything block no bathrooms this is a truck stopped people sleep here this the only loves that we travel with no working working warter and how do McDonald serve food with no water unsanitary how do they wash there hand serving food n9t saying its always like this but for my first time here is a bad experience customer service is great 👍🏽

The male employee working outside on October 14, 2025 between 8:30 am and 9:00 am was calling truck drivers lowlifes and scumbags, including myself, while he was sweeping and changing the garbage bags in and around the fuel islands.

truckers: water not hot. shower room not clean. Pumps not all working. Parking lot too small.

Bathrooms were super clean. Large variety of snacks and other food!!! Lives the dog park. Dogs enjoyed a runaround. I wish there were more places like this.

I stopped here to purchase two truck tires. The tires were a great price.
The service was fast and friendly and professional.The service technician who checked me was happy to see me. Very professional and courteous. West Virginia has some really great people. Overall, this is the best loves I’ve ever been to in the 13 years. I’ve been driving. Clean and happy location.

As we continued our exploration of West Virginia, we of course stopped at the Love's. I love Love's and this is my 144th and first in this state.
This Love's met my expectations with reasonably clean restrooms, well stocked coffee and plenty of other snacks and drinks. We didn't need gas at this point in the journey but the fuel price was decent and then you get an additional 10 cents off per gallon for scanning your Love's bar code.

Very clean. They have a very friendly staff. The bathrooms are always clean. It's a good place to stop to get a bite on the road.

Stopped here a few times on my runs to Charleston or Beckley and it’s quick in and out right off the highway. Staff is friendly and the lot and restroom were clean.

You need to hire people who aren't afraid to make truck drivers move their trucks. It's 14:22 and you had multiple fuel lines blocked with no one fueling. It takes 7 minutes to fuel the truck. Give or take. Doing this in the middle of the night is more acceptable it is not acceptable at 14:20 on a Friday. Start towing people from your lots if they refuse to move.
