“The staff the night my family and I went for help was amazing! Next level assistance. I had placed and order with T-Mobile on the phone after inquiring about the home internet online. My account was completely messed up. These ladies stayed with us for hours to correct the issues and then set up our phones/service. I feel great about switching providers after meeting these ladies. I cannot recommend this store enough. I have never received this type of customer service for a cell service provider. Thank you!”
