“I was in the Pharmacy to have a prescription filled .the lady that took care of me asked what happened to my head so I told her I sliced on ice and got busted up. She filled my prescription really fast and then said Mr Southall I'm helping you out to your car and she did. Thank you . I appreciate it very much.”
“Had a prescription called in from dentist office, who has my allergies listed and was told twice about a penicillin family allergies. Who calls in a penicillin family medicine anyway. Thanks to the pharmacist on duty at the Ripley Wal-Mart he flagged the prescription and called to let me know it was on my allergies list. Thank God he was paying attention and flagged it. Last time I took a medication in this family my thoat closed and I had to take benadryl to counter react this. Was told it would get worse every time I took this kind of meds. Why are the doctors not paying attention to your allergies when they write prescriptions.”
