The staff the night my family and I went for help was amazing! Next level assistance. I had placed and order with T-Mobile on the phone after inquiring about the home internet online. My account was completely messed up. These ladies stayed with us for hours to correct the issues and then set up our phones/service. I feel great about switching providers after meeting these ladies. I cannot recommend this store enough. I have never received this type of customer service for a cell service provider. Thank you!

All can say is thank you so very much Madie!!! This store is lucky to have her. She is patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She knew what she was getting into and still stayed over 2 1/2 hours just to make sure my phone was working. And the entire time she was super cheerful and so kind.

Never ever will I visit the Ripley T MOBILE store again!!! Went to the store to activate 2 phones purchased online from T-Mobile. Representatives were afraid to activate phones because they didn’t want to chance possibly messing up my “DEAL”. They stated I could only activate the phones by calling customer service. I stayed in the store to contact customer service to activate my phones, thinking the representatives would speak to customer service to complete the activation. Yeah, that didn’t happen at all!!!!! As I was speaking to customer service even stares, “you are inside a T mobile store and no one is helping with this? NOPE!!!! Both representatives were sitting starring at their phones….LESSON LEARNED, NEVER AGAIN Ripley TMobike NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Sprint customer - The Ripley store had my account so messed up. I called T-Mobile customer service when I got notice that my bill was going to be $50 more a month than I what I thought it was going to be. They had given me a "deal" that was not available to me due to the age of my phone. They had also signed us up for 2 lines instead of a family plan rate. I agreed to lesser changes (still not what I thought) but I am still not happy. I will never understand why they treat new customers better than 20+ year customers. I would suggest that if you are dealing with T-Mobile that you not go to the Ripley location.

My experience here for the past week has been awful. These girls are very uneducated with T-Mobile. The store manager was very rude. We have been having issues with our phone for the past week and they just can not help us. We ended up switching phone carriers and are having no problems whatsoever. I highly do not suggest T-Mobile, at least this one I do not suggest.

Our family has been SPRINT customers for over 20 years. The recent experience we've been exposed to by the incompetent, misleading & untruthful personnel of the Ripley location, has left us incredibly angry! If SPRINT can condone of employees who mislead & cheat their loyal customers, all for allegiance to the almighty dollar, they have lost the loyalty of a large family of quality customers!

we were the only ones in the store and the worker here had to call in for help on how to do things. we have been here since 6pm it us currently 7:30 . i do not recommend this store if you have other plans for the day.
